Sol Brasil Shops

For your convenience, the resort features three Sol Brasil shops. On the 1st floor, next to the Renato Romagnoni Restaurant, you will find the beachwear store. On the 4th floor, there is a multibrand shop next to the reception area and another one near the Lobby Bar, offering souvenirs and convenience items.

The shops offer clothing, accessories, snacks, and personal care products, ensuring practicality and style throughout your stay.

Brazilian guests must present an ID (RG) and CPF for each guest. Foreign guests must present a passport.

All electrical outlets operate at 220V.

Pets are not allowed at the hotel. However, there are pet hotels located near the resort where they can be accommodated. These establishments have no partnership with the hotel.

Children under 2 years old stay free of charge. From 3 years old onwards, a fee will be charged according to the period and room type.

Can I have dinner at any restaurant with half board or full board?

Meals included in the half-board or full-board plans are served in buffet style at the Potiguar or Renato Romagnoni Restaurant, depending on occupancy, always maintaining the same quality and gastronomic variety.

Guests may also choose to dine at the à la carte restaurants Tapiro Grill or Marenostrum, where some dishes are included in the meal plan and others are available at an additional charge. In addition, the evening pizza buffet can be enjoyed at no extra cost.

What is the average price of beverages?

Does breakfast include beverages?

Breakfast is already included in the daily rate and is served in buffet style with beverages (juices, coffee, tea, and water).

Is there a baby pantry?

Yes, we have two baby pantries, fully equipped to assist with the preparation of baby food, heating meals, and cleaning utensils and containers.

Do you offer Day Use?

Yes, we offer a Day Use service, subject to availability according to hotel occupancy. The fee is R$250.00 per person, fully converted into consumption (children aged 6 to 12 pay half this amount). Payment must be made in advance at the front desk and is non-refundable. Day Use is available from 10AM. to 6PM.

Is the beach in front of the hotel suitable for swimming?

Is the heated pool charged?

The use of the outdoor heated pool is free of charge.

Yes, the hotel features a Kids’ Club with activities for children up to 12 years old. Children under 4 must be accompanied by their parents.

Is Kensho Spa included?

No, all Spa services are charged separately.

Can I leave my children at the Kids Club?

Children up to 12 years old may use the Kids’ Club. Children under 4 years old cannot stay alone and must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Children are only allowed during the Kids’ Club’s operating hours.

Does the hotel provide towels?

Yes. One towel per person per day is provided and may be used within the hotel or outside the property. Each additional towel is charged at R$50.00.

Is there an indoor pool?

Yes, there is. However, it is part of the Water Circuit, a hydrotherapy service at our Spa, and is not included in the daily rate. Prices can be obtained by contacting +55 (84) 4005-2051.

Who can use the heated indoor pool?

The heated indoor pool may only be used by adult guests. Children are allowed only when accompanied by a responsible adult.

Yes, activities are held at the Kids’ Club, in different areas of the hotel or on the beach, and are supervised by our staff.

Yes, we offer activities in the pool area and in other areas of the hotel, according to the scheduled program.

Our accommodations face either directly or partially toward the sea, except for the adapted rooms.

We provide cribs, strollers, and baby bathtubs at no additional cost, subject to availability. They can be requested by email at [email protected] or by phone at +55 (84) 4005-2000.

Does the hotel have adapted rooms?

Yes, we have a total of 8 adapted units, divided into the Prime Adapted Room and Prime Family Adapted Room categories.

Is it possible to provide an extra bed?

No, we do not provide extra beds.

Do the rooms have a hairdryer?

All rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, low power and without a diffuser, located in the bathroom.

Is it possible to guarantee that my room has a sea-front view?

We can only guarantee a view according to the room category booked. Reservations made for a lateral sea view category will be accommodated with a lateral view, and the same applies for sea-front view bookings.

Does the hotel have connecting rooms?

Yes, only in the Prime Apartment or Prime Family with lateral sea view categories. However, there are few units available, so it is necessary to book as early as possible by contacting our Sales and Reservations Center directly at +55 (84) 4005-2000.

How many people can stay in the same room?

Our accommodations comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, including adults and children.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Elo cards, which can be paid in up to 10 installments without interest. Reservations can also be paid via bank deposit, transfer, or PIX. Payment by boleto is not accepted.

Is there a babysitting service?

We do not offer this service. However, babysitters hired by guests are allowed to enter the hotel without overnight stay.
