General Conditions

Pets

Pets are not allowed. However, near the resort, there are some hotels specialized in pet care where they can stay during your visit. The hotel does not have any partnership with these companies.

Accommodation of children and teenagers

There is no minimum age requirement to stay at the hotel; however, minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

 

If minors are not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, a written authorization from the minor’s legal representatives, duly notarized, must be presented at check-in.

 

Law 8069/90 – Article 82: “The accommodation of a child or adolescent in a hotel, motel, guesthouse, or similar establishment is prohibited unless authorized or accompanied by their parents or legal guardian.”

Visitors

The entry of guests’ visitors to the hotel is permitted subject to availability and restricted to common areas. Registration at the reception desk is required and may be subject to a consumption fee (please check conditions and rates directly with the reception).

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the hotel’s common areas or guest rooms, as established by law.

 

Anti-Smoking Law No. 12,546/2011 – “Smoking is prohibited in public or private places that are totally or partially enclosed throughout the country. The law also applies to common areas of condominiums, hotels, and clubs.”

Check-in and check-out

Check-in time is from 3 pm. Check-out time is until 12 pm.

Reservation Conditions

Rates and Cancellation

Refundable rate – a rate that allows cancellation up to 3 (three) days prior to check-in, under certain circumstances. After this period, it will not be possible to make changes and/or cancel the reservation. The cancellation conditions can be consulted during the booking process.

 

Non-refundable rate – a promotional rate that does not allow cancellation and/or changes to the reservation. Full prepayment of the total amount is required. The conditions for this rate can be consulted during the booking process.

Early departure refund

Early departure does not entitle the guest to a refund, since the maximum period for cancellation is 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase of the service, as provided for in Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. Therefore, under no circumstances will prepaid amounts be refunded, as early departure results in the application of a penalty fee. The charging of this penalty is supported by Article 20 of Decree No. 7,381/2010.

Stay guarantee

At check-in, credit card details will be requested as a guarantee for expenses related to additional services and incidentals.

Children’s accommodation

Children aged 3 (three) to 12 (twelve) years are subject to an additional fee, which varies according to the selected meal plan. From the age of 13 onwards, the full adult rate will apply.

Bank transfer – To confirm the reservation, it is essential to send proof of the financial transaction to the reservations center at least 24 hours prior to the arrival date.

Credit card – Installment payments by credit card are available in up to 10 installments with Elo, Visa, or MasterCard, and up to 3 installments with other cards (minimum installment amount of R$ 50.00). We do not accept third-party credit cards.
