Pet Entry

Pets are not allowed on the premises. However, near the resort, there are some hotels specialized in pet care, where you can leave them during your stay. The hotel does not have any partnership with these companies.

Accommodation for Children and Adolescents

There is no minimum age requirement for staying at the hotel; however, it is mandatory for parents or legal guardians to accompany minors.

If there are minors present without their parents or legal guardians, it is necessary to present an authorization from the legal representatives of the minor, duly authenticated by a notary public at the time of check-in.

Law 8069/90 Art. 82: "It is prohibited to accommodate a child or adolescent in a hotel, motel, boarding house, or similar establishment, unless authorized or accompanied by parents or a responsible person."

Visitor Entry

The entry of visitors of guests to the hotel is permitted subject to availability, restricted to social areas. Registration at the reception and payment of a consumption fee are required (please check conditions and values directly with the reception).

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the social areas and hotel rooms, as established by law.

Antismoking Law No. 12,546/2011: Smoking is prohibited in public or private places, wholly or partially enclosed, throughout the country. The law also applies to common areas of condominiums, hotels, and clubs.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. The check-out time is until 12:00 PM.

Rates and Cancellation

Refundable rate - A rate that allows cancellation up to 3 days before check-in, under certain circumstances. After this period, it will not be possible to make any changes or cancel the reservation. The cancellation conditions can be consulted during the reservation process.

Non-refundable rate - A promotional rate where cancellation or changes to the reservation are not allowed. We require pre-payment of the total amount. The conditions for this rate can be consulted during the reservation process.

Early check-out refund

Early check-out does not entitle to a refund, as the maximum cancellation period is 7 (seven) days from the acquisition of the service, as provided in Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code. In this sense, there will be no refund of pre-paid amounts, as early check-out incurs a penalty. The charge for this penalty is supported by Article 20 of Decree 7.381/2010.

Guarantee of accommodation

At the time of check-in, credit card information will be required to guarantee expenses related to various extras.

Accommodation of children

Children aged 3 to 12 pay an additional fee, the amount of which varies depending on the type of reserved pension. From the age of 13, the full adult rate will be applied.

Payment methods

Bank transfer: To confirm the reservation, it is essential to present the proof of the financial transaction sent to the reservation center at least 24 hours before the arrival date.

Credit card: Payment can be divided using a credit card in up to 3 installments with Amex or Hipercard, and up to 10 installments with Elo, Visa, or Mastercard (minimum installment of R$ 50.00). We do not accept third-party credit cards.
