What documents do I need to show at check-in? Brazilians: ID and CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registry) of each guest. Foreigners: Passport.
What is included in the daily rate? The daily rate includes breakfast and leisure activities.
Is there an ironing service? Yes. This service has a cost depending on each service and each type of clothing.
Hotel Policies Do you accept pets? Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Near the resort, there are some pet-friendly hotels where you can leave them. These businesses are not affiliated with the hotel.

Food and drinks Leisure and Pools Do you work with Day Use? Yes, we offer Day Use service, charged at R$ 250.00 per person, which is fully redeemable in consumption (children aged 6 to 12 pay half of this amount). Does the hotel provide towels? Yes. We provide 01 towel per person per day, which can be used within the hotel premises or outside. Each additional towel has a cost of 50 reais.
Is the beach in front of the hotel suitable for swimming? Yes, it is suitable for swimming. We recommend checking the tide chart.
Is there an indoor pool? Yes, we have one as part of the Water Circuit, a hydrotherapy service at our Spa. This service is not included in the daily rates. The cost can be obtained by contacting 84 4005 2051.
Is there a charge for the heated pool? The use of the outdoor heated pool is free of charge.
Who can use the indoor heated pool? The indoor heated pool can only be used by guests aged 18 and above. Children are allowed only when accompanied by an adult guardian.
Is there an area for children? Yes, the hotel has a Kids Club and a special area with children's pools.
Are there activities for children? Yes, activities are organized in the Kids Club, within the hotel area, or on the beach and are supervised by our staff.
Can I leave my children in the Kids Club? Children up to 12 years old can use the Kids Club. Those under 4 years old cannot stay alone and need the accompaniment of a legal guardian. Children are only allowed during the Kids Club's operating hours.

Apartments Do all rooms have a sea view? Our accommodations are located facing or to the side of the sea. With the exception of adapted rooms, all others have a side or front view of the sea.
I want to stay in a room with a front sea view. We only guarantee the view according to the booked accommodation category. Reservations made in a room category with a side sea view will be accommodated with a side view, and the same applies to reservations with a front sea view.

How many people can stay in the same room? Our accommodations comfortably accommodate up to 4 people + 1 baby (up to 2 years old) sharing a bed with parents or accommodated in a crib subject to availability.
