The Potiguar is the main restaurant of the Hotel, offering breakfast (daily) and dinner in a buffet service (according to gastronomic program).

It has capacity for up to 400 people in the internal and external area (balcony with sea view).

It has several buffet places and show-cooking for breakfast. Our breakfast is complete, with many options of breads, cakes, cheeses, sausages, juices, fruits, omelets, salty and sweet tapiocas and many other items, including an exclusive area for gluten and lactose intolerant people.

When available for lunch or dinner buffets, it is planned to offer a full service, with salads, breads, cold meats, hot meats, fish, plus delicious desserts.

Specialized in noble meats meals, it has the capacity for up to 70 people in the indoor heated area and for up to 34 people without terrace.

It has a show-cooking with barbecue where the main dishes of the restaurant are prepared, as well as a salad buffet and desserts.

Open according to the gastronomic program of the resort, from 7p.m to 10:30p.m.

Delicious pizzas, served in an unlimited buffet, in a relaxing and agreeable atmosphere. The soft and crispy dough, added with the top quality ingredients, made with care and attention in the preparation result in the excellent quality of our pizzas.

It has a capacity for up to 96 people in the indoor heated area and also has a pleasant outdoor area in front of the main swimming pool.

With informal service, this restaurant serves Brazillian regional cuisine, light dishes, sandwiches, snacks, appetizers and tropical drinks, which can be served in the restaurant and pool area.

Created to enrich our guests' culinary experience, this space has been carefully designed to engage the senses, bringing Japanese cuisine to life in a unique and complete way.

In a welcoming, festive atmosphere, two immersive menus reveal the flavors, aromas, and traditions of Japanese culture.

The Trust Menu provides an exclusive thematic experience in 8 stages, featuring a live sushi workshop where the sushi chef prepares sushi and other specialties directly at the counter. With personalized service, this culinary immersion offers unique moments of interaction and learning. The cost is R$ 230.00 per person, but for SERHS Inclusive clients, the supplement is only R$ 90.00 per person. Excluding beverages.

The Special Menu, served at the tables in the main hall, offers a 3-stage sequence, with 3 appetizers paired with a glass of sake, followed by 6 sashimi, 6 nigiri, 6 sushi, and a dessert to finish. The cost is R$ 140.00 per person, while SERHS Inclusive clients pay only a supplement of R$ 60.00 per person. Excluding beverages.
