Swimming Pool Complex
SERHS Natal Grand Hotel & Resort features an extensive swimming pool complex, with sun-drenched areas throughout the hotel, offering moments of entertainment and relaxation for all ages.
In the main area, the outdoor wave-shaped pool is the main highlight. While enjoying a drink at the Bar Molhado, you can take part in recreational activities designed for adults throughout the pool area.
For even greater comfort, the hotel features a complimentary outdoor heated pool, perfect for a relaxing swim with a privileged ocean view.

Children’s Pools
In addition to the options for adults, the SERHS Natal pool complex also features an area fully dedicated to children.
Located in front of the Kids’ Club, the children’s pools feature a variety of attractions such as a waterslide, slides, splash showers, a tipping bucket, and water play structures, ensuring fun with safety.
All of this is accompanied by the recreation team, who make every moment even more joyful and unforgettable for the little ones.

Kids’ Club
The Kids’ Club is located near the pool complex and offers a spacious area where children can play, take part in workshops and activities with materials and toys, as well as an indoor area dedicated to games.
The program includes a wide variety of supervised activities, such as pool and beach games, arts and crafts, dance classes, contests, shows, culinary activities, movie sessions, karaoke, and much more.
The service is intended for children aged 4 and over.
For children under 4 years old, access is permitted only when accompanied by a responsible adult.
Hours: 9 am to 5 pm and 7 pm to 9 pm
Spa & Wellness
Kensho Spa Zen is a space inspired by the concept of expanded consciousness and the essence of ZEN, which means “meditation.” The term KENSHO represents the moment of perceiving one’s true inner nature, a subtle, spontaneous, and transformative awakening.
Bringing this philosophy to well-being, the spa offers 940m² dedicated to relaxation, featuring a welcoming lounge area, seven therapy rooms (including one exclusively for couples), and a complete water circuit with a heated indoor pool, whirlpool with chromotherapy, Dutch showers, and both dry and steam saunas.
All services are charged according to the spa menu. The spa gives priority to hotel guests but also welcomes external visitors, subject to availability and presentation of a valid ID.

Sports Center
SERHS Natal Grand Hotel features a spacious and fully equipped Sports Center, with a multi-purpose court ideal for football, tennis, and volleyball.
For those who wish to maintain their workout routine, the hotel also offers a modern fitness center, located on the 1st floor of Block B, equipped with up-to-date equipment and open daily.

Natal City Tour
The tour travels along Via Costeira, Praia dos Artistas, and Praia do Meio, reaching Forte dos Reis Magos, one of the city’s most important historical landmarks, where a stop is made for a guided visit.
The tour then continues through the neighborhoods of Santos Reis, Rocas, and Alecrim, areas that mark the early development of the city. In the city center, you will visit landmarks such as the Alberto Maranhão Theatre, Natal Cathedral, and the traditional Handicraft Market, with an additional stop at Natal Shopping for shopping.
Genipabu and the North Coast
One of the most famous landmarks of Rio Grande do Norte, Genipabu enchants visitors with its dunes, lagoons, and the exuberance of its preserved Atlantic Forest.
The tour includes the stunning lagoons of Genipabu, Pitangui, and Jacumã, known for their crystal-clear waters and striking landscapes, as well as classic activities such as the famous buggy ride, which can be enjoyed “with or without thrills”, and fun attractions like aerobunda and skibunda.
